Working principle:

1. Before the sludge enters the integrated drum concentration and belt dehydration equipment, the polymer flocculant is driven into the mixing reaction tank through the flocculant preparation and dosing system.
2. In the mixing reaction tank, the sludge and the polymer flocculant are thoroughly mixed by stirring. The sludge quickly condenses from fine particles into large particles and forms large flocs with a network structure, and then enters the slowly rotating pre-dewatering rotor. Drum. When the sludge is transported to the end of the drum by a special device, most of the free water is released through the filter cloth to achieve a concentration effect. The effluent is collected by the filter tank and separated from the solid sludge.
3. The pre-dewatered sludge slides from the inclined plate to the upper filter belt of the belt filter press, and then is transferred to the lower filter belt. Between the upper and lower filter belts, the sludge is further dehydrated and discharged due to the gradual pressurization and shear force.
4. The output and dryness of sludge can be controlled by the infinitely variable speed device, and the amount of cleaning water can be adjusted by the liquid level control system.
